 Review of the baseball bat
Posted by: Bob Wednesday 05/21/2008 05:41 PM est
We have completed our comprehensive study on the effects of a baseball bat (both wooden and aluminum) on a zombie’s cranium. The bat turned out to be far more effective then any of us had originally anticipated, which is a good thing considering that it is relatively cheap, and readily available. The reviews can be located in the weapon section, or by clicking these links: aluminum bat, and wooden bat.

 The Chainsaw?
Posted by: Bob Friday 05/09/2008 05:43 PM est
By popular demand we have completed our review of the over hyped chainsaw. It stacked up about as well as we expected, which is unfortunately very poorly. Do yourself a favor, and read the review. It can be found in our weapon section, and may one day save your life, or at the very least debunk some of those bad ideas floating around in your head.

 Zombie Crisis has a forum!
Posted by: Bob Monday 05/05/2008 11:46 AM est
First an RSS Feed, now a forum? All we need is a blog, and we will be "hip". Yeah, that was a joke, we promise, no blogs. Back on topic, we have a forum. It can be found by clicking the forum link on the left hand side of every page, or the quick link bar directly below the banner. If you want to access it directly simply go to http://forums.zombiecrisis.org/ or http://www.zombiecrisis.org/forums/. Either will work. Everyone go make an account. We look forward to speaking with you. Please feel free to send us your comments or suggestions.

 Reviewing the infamous shotgun
Posted by: Bob Wednesday 04/30/2008 05:05 PM est
Two new weapon reviews have been added to the site; the Mossberg Maverick 88 pump action shotgun, and the generic double barrel shotgun. Both of these weapons were found to be highly effective, however potentially dangerous when thwarting undead enemies. Do yourself a favor and check them out. They are a very important read and can easily be found in the Weapons Section. Enjoy.

 Swords, Swords and more Swords.
Posted by: Bob Thursday 04/24/2008 09:49 AM est
We have a new addition to the weapons section. Everyones favorite, swords! We reviewed three major types of swords, the decorative stainless steel display sword (aka Home shopping network), the forged high carbon reproduction sword, and the authentic antique sword. Most people think, "A sword is a sword, what's the difference?" Or, "My Lord of the Rings replica sword IS a real sword." This is just not the case. These articles are meant to give you an in-depth look at what makes a good sword, and what makes a good sword an effective weapon.

 Updated FAQs section
Posted by: Bob Thursday 02/21/2008 11:35 AM est
I know what you're thinking. "Regular updates, what is going on?" We are trying to pump out as much content as we can for you so keep on reading. As the title states, we have finally gotten around to answering some fan submitted FAQs, and some that we figured someone is bound to ask eventually. We feel they give a very good and brief overview of some common misconceptions and questions people may have about our undead foes. If you have any more questions that you would like answered and added to our FAQs Section, by all means, ask away.

 More weapons!
Posted by: Bob Wednesday 02/20/2008 11:51 AM est
After many months of searching, (and being lazy) we finally have some updates for you. Our first new addition is a review of the classic law enforcement revolver, the Smith & Wesson Model 60 or .38 special. This article was written by our newest content writer Jake. He is an avid gun fun (nut) so he fits in quite well with the rest of the group, that and the fact that we have all known him for years. Lastly we have yet another weapon review. The famous WWI Model 1918 Trench Knife. Both of these articles can easily be found in the weapons section. I hope you all enjoy, and as always "more to come soon".

 At last, Weapons!
Posted by: Bob Wednesday 01/02/2008 11:35 AM est
With the hectic holiday season over, we can finally get back on track with regular updates. So, without any further ado, we proudly present the weapons section of Zombie Crisis. In this section you will find reviews and technical information on an assortment of weapons directly pertaining to zombie outbreak survival. Our first five reviews are the "KA-BAR Combat Knife", "Beretta M9 Pistol", "Colt M4-A1 Carbine", "M249 Squad Automatic Weapon", and the "M203 Grenade Launcher". The first thing you may notice about all these weapons is that they are all "standard military issue". This was done for a reason. Since the military is typically considered the most well equipped group to handle a given situation, we decided to review all their weapons of choice first to display how well our military would stand against an all out zombie invasion. After we have finished our review of the military's arsenal, we will work our way down the line to law enforcement, home defense, etc. With the sheer number of weapons in existence today, I don't think we will run out of ideas any time soon. For now, enjoy what we have. More reviews to come in the near future.
